Now that the snowbirds have returned from the south, it's time to get serious about golf season!! Today we are supposed to reach a high of 25 in lovely Trawna, so the snowbanks should soon be another fond memory of the land we love.

This year the annual IE6T7 challenge is returning to one of our favourite golf courses, Richmond Hill. And we don't want to hear any moaning about location, rates, gender or who you have to golf with. My thanks to Ted for his keen negotiating--we'll be joining a shotgun at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 6th, 2008. Rates are $85 includes mandatory cart, range balls and free golf tips (Ted felt that this was important). Now that many of us have discovered that retirement is just like a perpetual vacation, there is no excuse for less than a 100% turnout. Please send your intentions to Pullam promptly so we can firm up the arrangements with Richmond Hill and not overdraw poor Ted's credit limit.

As usual we'll be organizing Summer of Golf dates soon too. Anyone who'd like to volunteer to organize, please do so. Otherwise, volunteers will be appointed.
